You don't want to oversaturate the market with a mass of public goods. There would be no reason for the customer to follow up. For example if Apple released the iPhone 1-7 it would not had helped them build the following they have today.

Because there is not a profit incentive for the markets

Before the market breakdown, the supply and market inside the market do not provide sufficient volumes of the goods where the value indicates the peripheral benefit of consumption.

The structure of business practices provides to market collapse. In the physical world, markets can't be comprehensive due to ineffective yielders, externalities, environmental affairs, and the shortage of public goods.

Government acknowledgments to business collapse incorporate enactment, direct provision of credit goods and government goods, assessment, grants, tradable permits, an augmentation of business rights, advocacy, and global cooperation among authorities.

the answer should be: The study's construct validity

A study's construct validity refers to the degree to which the experiments made in the study actually measures what it intended to measure. This can be seen on the study's standard of measurement and the correlation between variables used in the measurement and the actual phenomenon.

After hearing the claimed made by the teacher, Clarissa's immediately question whether the act of bullying can be measured.

She brought up an important point. The teacher never really specify what act considered as 'bullying'. Depending on people's perception, some consider a slight discomfort from social interaction might be considered as bullying, while other people might have the threshold.  Because of this, she can say that the study's construct validity is questionable.
