In such type of research, where human nuclear material is used for the development of an embryo. So the same policies and concerns are applied as it is about the use of human embryonic stem cell.

Many scientists spent there many years on such research and their work has been standstill because of laws about stem cell research. Some laws ban the use of such an application.
