The correct answer is The Thirteenth, Fourteenth, and Fifteenth Amendments.

These three amendments gave African Americans more rights after the Civil War. The 13th amendment got rid of the institution of slavery, officially freeing slaves. The 14th amednment created birthright citizenship and the equal protection clause, ensuring that blacks born on US soil had automatic citizenship. Lastly, the 15th amendment gave African American men the right to vote.
