Change is so hard for some people because they might be afraid of what is ahead of them; life changes all the time, it better to be prepared then to get crushed. The thing that I can do to be more open to change is find the little things in life and pay very close attention if I have a opportunity to take it because that will lead me to being more open to trying new things. The things that I would have to sacrifice to be what I can be is to give up my old habits the old habits that are bad habits. The thing that I would most like to change about myself is the way I process things, the way I take things sometimes I take things to heart when it so small there's no necessity to feel like my feelings have been hurt. The way that I embrace change and still maintain my core values is loving myself before loving anyone else. The things that I hope that never changes about me is my personality and me being there for people though I don't think that will ever change.
