Like I said above, There were 40 rolls, 6 of which were a two (6/40) and 8 of which were a 4 (8/40). Simply add these together to get 14/40 as the probability of rolling a 2 or 4. This simplifies to 7/20

Round 4,343 to the nearest thousand.
Ad libitum [116K]
4000. You need to round it to the nearest thousand, which would be the 4 at the start if you break it down into its units. Where from right to left, you have, 1s, 10s, 100s and 1000s. Meaning you need to keep the first digit (unless the hundreds are 500+) and everything after should just be the thousands.

Solving algebraic equationsSolve:1/5m = 4 - 3/10m
sertanlavr [38]

EXPLANATION

Given the equation:

1/5m = 4-3/10m (Adding +3/10 to both sides)

1/5m +3/10m = 4 (Adding 1/5 + 3/10)

1/2m = 4 (Isolating m)

m = 2*4 (Multiplying)

m=8

ANSWER: m=8
