That statement is true

By having positive emotions to observe your problems, you would not see the problems as mountains that you can never be surpass but as a challenge that you need to defeat in order for you to develop and become a better person. So your mind would constantly seek new ways to improve your life and bring positive benefit for the people that came across you.

Why do you think it was more common to lay siege to a castle rather than attempt to scale the walls?
trapecia [35]
If you lay siege to the castle you don't risk the lives of your men and loss of equipment, You can just "wait it out" - the castle is going to run our of resources and likely surrender. So if you can afford to wait, laying siege is a better idea.

Misha Larkins [42]

Answer:

Check kiter.

Explanation:

What the exercise describes is a form of fraud commited with checks. The check kiter would take advantage of the float to make use of funds (that do not exist) in a bank account transforming a check in a form of unauthorized credit, like the exercise examplifies: Out of 2 accounts, you issue a check that overdraws their accout at bank 1, and then deposits a check in that account from their bank 2 to cover the first check. You "abuse" the float to make use of funds that don't exist.
