hysical training and exercise involves repetitive motions and have the ability to affect nervous system favorably. This is due to the fact that the central nervous system (nerves and brain) is involved as the coordination center for all behaviors in the body. It receives information both from internal and external environment of the body.

During exercise, several things do happen like rise in demand for energy which results to generation of heat thus raising body temperatures. This and other information have to be relayed within the body through the nervous system which results to sensory feedbacks accompanied by alterations in motor activity and psychological functioning. This results to motor cortex and spinal cord structure alterations in response to training and exercise and may lead to motor recovery and restoration to those who are paralyzed. Thus training and exercise develops nerves and nerve
