Ok for example 12x14

1. Draw a square and then divid it to four like a t chart

2. When you did that get the 12 and put it out side the square like this 10+2
⬜️⬜️
⬜️⬜️

3. Your going to do the same thing but on the left side of the square 10+4

4. Then your going to multiplyeach square by the (first top x left side first) for example 10x10=100 so then your going to write that down inside the first left square

5. Your done but you have to do that with all the numbers.

Hope you understand that!?!?!

Answer:

B) 8x - 20 + 2x = 11

Step-by-step explanation:

4(2x - 5) + 2x = 11

use pemdas

parenthesis comes first

open the parenthesis

4 * 2x - 4 * 5 + 2x = 11

Use words to describe the following sequence. Then find the next three numbers in the sequence .49, 69, 81, 100.
balandron [24]
The numbers (not counting 69) are all perfect squares. They are 7 squared, (what should be, possibly) 8 squared, 9 squared, and 10 squared. The next three numbers in the sequence would then be 121, 144, and 169.

Write an equation of the line that is parallel to y = 1/2x + 3 and passes through the point (10, -5).
bearhunter [10]

y = mx + b

"m" is the slope, "b" is the y-intercept (the y value when x = 0)

You need to find "m" and "b"

For lines to be parallel, the slopes have to be the same.

The given line's slope is 1/2, so the parallel line's slope is also 1/2.

y = 1/2x + b

To find "b", you can plug in the point (10, -5) into the equation.

y = 1/2x + b

-5 = 1/2(10) + b

-5 = 5 + b    Subtract 5 on both sides to get "b" by itself

-10 = b

y = 1/2x - 10 Your answer is D (you could have just found the slope to get your answer, since all the slopes are different)

Helen needs a replacement ball bearing for this part. The surface area of each spherical ball bearing is approximately 452.16 sq
Basile [38]

Helen needs a replacement ball bearing whose radius is 5.99mm

A sphere is a perfectly round geometrical 3-dimensional object. It can be characterized as the set of all points located distance r (radius) away from a given point (center). It is perfectly symmetrical, and has no edges or vertices.

The formula of surface area of the sphere is 4\pi r^{2} where r represents radius

Given:  Surface area of ball  = 452.16mm^{2}

Using formula we get,

4\pi r^{2} = 452.16mm^{2}

r^2 = 452.16/4\pi

r = 5.99 mm

Thus Helen needs a replacement ball bearing whose radius is 5.99mm
