If you were a governor, will you make budget cuts across the board or use some special criteria(suggest some good ones) to pick and choose?​

If i was governor I would use the money from tabbaco and alcohol tax to help pay for the board. If that doesn't work then I can try to use money that the state gets from lottery tickets and the lottery itself seeing that it's made to raise the money pool and is to go through the state anyway
