The above is an estimation question. Estimation is when you judge the results obtained from a sample and make a rough calculation. The answer obtained might not be exactly right, its based on a judgement.

In this a sample was taken and out of 80 books, 6 of them were history books.
The assumption made then is that for every 80 books taken randomly , 6 of them will be history. Using this assumption ;
21 360 books in the library,
for every 80 books - 6 history books
then for 21 360 books - 6 / 80 * 21360
                                   =  1602 history books

Choose all items where the equation matches the given table
sdas [7]

Answer:

1st, 3rd, 4th

Step-by-step explanation:

1st one: 43 x

multiply x by 43

7 x 43 = 301

7 x 43 = 258

10 x 43 = 430

3 x 43 = 129

4 x 43 = 172

(correct)

2nd one: 12x

multiply x by 12

2 x 12= 32

we know that 2 x 12 is 2 so this equation does not work

(incorrect)

3rd one: 202x

multiply x by 202

6 x 202 = 1212

4 x 202 = 808

10 x 202 = 2020

3 x 202 = 606

8 x 202 = 1616

(correct)

4th one: 13x

multiply x by 3

9 x 13 = 117

2 x 13 = 26

7 x 13 = 91

3 x 13 = 36

10 x 13 = 130

(correct)

I got 1.1... is that right?
kap26 [50]

No, the answer is 2

X=2

This is because if we multiply the number by x which is 2

so DST is 110, and RSD is 44, so that is 154, and if we do it with RST we also get 154

So the correct answer is X=2
