River re-routing is a process wherein the mouth of the river is mouth to another location. Thus, existing mouth of the river will lose its water source and have less water. Fishes in the existing river path will decrease because of the decreased level of water.
If this is based off opinion, i believe it should be banned, why would you make it easier for criminals? DNA is one of the easiest and most reliable ways to identify a body, what happens when someone away from home passes away and they cant be identified? it could also cause problems for tons of foster children tracking their birth parents. and it'd make it much easier to steal an identity or fake a death, over all it could have a few pros it'd also have many cons. if anyone has an argument id love to hear your thoughts ☺
