Co ordinate of any point can be written in form of (x,y) where first value is the distance across x-axis and second value is the distance across y-axis.

We can see in the plot, that the outlier point is 15 unit across x-axis and then 2 unit across y axis from the origin. So the co ordinate of that point will be (15, 2).


Range means the values across the y-axis. We can see that the cluster starts at y=2 and ends at y=4. That means, the scatter plot has a cluster with a range from 2 to 4.
