Reduced precipitation can lead to limited water availability by reducing the amount of rain that we get therefore there is less water. Without the rain the earth would eventually dry out and there would be no more water to use.

Answer:

Let's think in Brazil as an example to answer this question, and the Amazon forest.

Explanation:

The amazon forest is one of the biggest forests of the whole world, being responsible for a lot of the water distribution there is in Brazil due to a process called flying river. The water vapor that the trees in amazon produce is very high, we can check on that by seeing how the weather in this region works, it rains almost all the time, and then, this vapor water spreads across all the country and other countries too. If there's a problem in amazon such as fires and deforestation, the amount of water that is going to other regions of the country is less than before, and in that way, the water availability will not be enough anymore.

After crossing over as shown below what would the sequence of genes be for each of the chromatids
SashulF [63]

The sequence of the genes will be ABCD, abCD and abCd, abcD.

Full question is attatched below.

Explanation:

The genes in the chromosomes are denoted as the sequence of genes present in a single chromatid of a particular chromosome. Thus, the genes here in this question are to be mentioned as ABCD and not as abab.

Crossing over is the process by which the homologous pair of chromosomes do pair up in the Prophase 1 of meiosis 1 division and they exchange a particular part of their DNA with each other. This leads to exchange of genes between the homologous chromosomes, which will form different gametes in near future. This brings about a variation between the offsprings of same individuals.

Here the d gene of the two chromosomes are getting exchanged.

So the chromosomes will become ABCD, abCD and abCd, abcD respectively.

Mazyrski [523]

It would be the last one. ' enables an organism to survive and reproduce.'

I was going to say C, but adaptions are changes, so they wouldn't continuously change.

Adapting helps the organism change in order to develop in its environment

Hope this helps :)
