Explain the flow of energy from the sun to sunflower and then on to a cardinal that ate the sunflower seeds. How did the energy

help all three of these organisms to stay alive?

Answer:

The energy from the sun moved in the form of Light radiation, which the Sunflower then used in a process called photosynthesis. They use this to make sugar and that's what grows the seeds. This is then eaten by the cardinal, who uses it as chemical energy to fuel itself. The flower is growing from the energy that the sun gave off, and the cardinal recieves energy from the seeds.
