Sadly, there are no "lists" available.

When I did my Semester Exam's, I tried to go onto a chapters answer sheet. This might help you out and give you a majority of the answers you are looking for.

For example in the exam if you are learning about "Anne Frank and The Annex", search up an answer sheet for them.

So sorry I couldn't give you a full page of answers. Although, I really hope this helps!
