In the United States, the Nullification Crisis was a regional governmental crisis in the years between 1832–33. The Nullification Crisis occurred during the administration of Andrew Jackson, which included a dispute between South Carolina's states and the national government. It occurred following a declaration from South Carolina that the federal Charges of years 1828 and 1832 were illegal and hence invalid and null within the autonomous borders of the land.

How does the constitution promote the value of flexibility for the Supreme Court
Artemon [7]

The Constitution promotes the value of flexibility for the Supreme Court since It does not set official qualifications for justices. Option D is correct.

The Supreme Court of the United States is the highest court in the federal judiciary of the United States.  The Supreme Court has original jurisdiction over a narrow variety of cases, such as suits between two or more states and those involving ambassadors.

Elena L [17]

The correct option is number 3: it helps the reader see Huck's father through Huck's eyes.

What best describes the effect of the narration in this excerpt, is how Huck shows the reader the way he sees his father.

He describes his father with a negative connotation. For example, using words such as greasy, white to make a body sick and tangled and he even says that his clothes are just rags. So, the description of how Huck sees his father can give the reader the notion that his perception of his father was negative.
