Answer:

C. Be an athlete or work in a fitness-related field.

Explanation:

I had this same question and got it right. The other answers don't have anything to do with having a high fitness rating. If you have a high fitness rating it usually means you are in a sports team or can push yourself farther than others, and you will probably take that further into the future.

Answer – B. (doing your own research)

The BEST method of approaching a nutrition myth is by doing your own research. If you experiment with your diet, or do trial and error, it may have negative effects on the body. At the same time, friends may not offer accurate information that is scientifically validated.

Can brain death not be as final as cardiac death? Why or Why not? Please be detailed when you answer
Neporo4naja [7]
This is a truly complicated question. It is true that both of these complications will prove to be deadly. However, in cardiac death, all organ systems will seize to operate within minutes of total cardiac death. Unlike cardiac death, cranial death is a much slower, and in rare cases, reversible process. Upon being rendered brain dead (or in a coma), the brain will no longer function as it used to. However, the body can be kept alive artificially through life support systems. Without life support systems, it is an almost guaranteed death. I hope this helped !
