Then decide what audience you want to address (teens, children, parents, etc.) (For the sake of this topic, I would address teens, as tobacco companies seem to be targeting younger people to receive lifelong smokers.) Make sure to tell what outcome you wish to see (like reduced percentages in the number of people who smoke), and tell what steps you would do to get your message out there and some things you would say in the message.

Conflict resolution is when a conflict or issue is resolved amicably by both parties involved.
