Charles Spearman presented the two factor theory of the intelligence. He developed a mechanism or method that was based on the analyzing factors, and testing variables to develop statistical correlation in between related variables that are tested.
His idea was to develop a method to make an index by a single test to measure or evaluate the mental capacities so the most enthusiastic person would be Spearman.
