Given that the temperature is at 86 F, for us to know if Tom will have an extra break we need to convert this into Celsius;
f=1.8c+32
86=1.8c+32
making c the subject we getL
86-32=1.8c
54=1.8c
thus;
1.8c=54
hence;
c=54/1.8
c=30
since the temperature is 30 Celsius which is less than 32 Celsius it implies that Top won't go for extra brake.

Can someone help me find x ?
ivolga24 [154]

Answer:

x = 15

Step-by-step explanation:

Apply the keg rule to find x. The keg rule is given as:

Hypotenuse / leg = leg / part of the hypotenuse directly under the leg

Hypotenuse = 25

Leg = x

Part of the hypotenuse directly under the leg = 25 - 16 = 9

Plug in the values

25/x = x/9

Cross multiply

x*x = 25*9

x² = 225

x = √225

x = 15

45/100 in simplest form
Harrizon [31]
Hello there! How are you today?

First, let's take a look at our numbers.

45 / 100

Both of these numbers have a 0 and a 5, which means it is divisible by 5.
Let's divide both of them by 5.

45 / 5 = 9
100 / 5 = 20

We are now left with 9/20.

This is your simplified fraction since 9 and 20 do not have any common factors.

I hope this helps!

1. Triangle ABC with coordinate points A(-2,3); B(-1,0); C(5,-4) is rotated 90 degrees clockwise. What
Reil [10]

Answer: A'(3,2),  B'(0,1)  and C'(-4, -5).

Step-by-step explanation:

When we rotate (a,b) 90 degrees clockwise, the new point will be (b,-a).

i.e. rotation rule for 90 degrees clockwise : (x,y) → (y,-x)

Given: Triangle ABC with coordinate points A(-2,3); B(-1,0); C(5,-4) is rotated 90 degrees clockwise.

Then, the new image points for triangle A'B'C' will be :

A(-2,3) → A'(3,-(-2)) =A'(3,2)

B(-1,0)→ B'(0,-(-1)) = B'(0,1)

C(5,-4) → C'(-4, -5)

Hence, the new image points for triangle A'B'C' are A'(3,2),  B'(0,1)  and C'(-4, -5).

Select the correct answer.<br> The given equation has been solved in the table.
Ilya [14]

Answer:

D.  The subtraction property of equality was not applied to solve this equation.

Step-by-step explanation:

<u>Step 1</u>:  Given

\sf \dfrac{x}{2}-7=-7

<u>Step 2</u>:  Addition Property of Equality

(add 7 to both sides)

\implies \sf \dfrac{x}{2}-7+7=-7+7

<u>Step 3</u>:  Simplify

\implies \sf \dfrac{x}{2}=0

<u>Step 4</u>:  Multiplication Property of Equality

(multiply both sides by 2)

\implies \sf 2 \cdot \dfrac{x}{2}=2 \cdot0

<u>Step 5</u>:  Simplify

\implies \sf x=0
