I'm now focusing on myself rather than comparing myself to them. Focus on yourself more and stop worrying about other people. Try mindfulness meditation to help you calm down before and after the test. Try not to pressure yourself too much before the test. Again, easier said than done but it would really help. If it helps, try going to therapy.
