Answer: No. Some energy is lost due to friction.

Explanation:

Practically, when a child is sliding at the playground, the potential energy at the top of the slide  converts to kinetic energy at the bottom but not completely. On the way down, due to friction between the child and the slide surface, some energy is lost. Thus, mechanical energy which is sum of potential energy and kinetic energy is not conserved in the given situation.

The answer is b
id say its lost because you have to push yourself to start moving down the slide, so theres some lost to friction
hope you pass with a 100 A
hope this is right and helps

What is the gravitational force between two 60.0 kg people sitting 100 m<br> apart?
Finger [1]

Answer:

2.4 × 10^(-11) N

Explanation:

F = Gm²/r²

F = 6.67×10^(-11) × 60² / 100²

= 2.4×10^(-11) N

Two teams are playing tug-of-war. Team A, on the left, is pulling on the rope with an effort of 5000 N. If the rope is moving at
Mashutka [201]

Explanation:

If Team A is on the left, B is on the right

if the force is constant, it means that the effort applied is equal.

So Team B is pulling 5000N to the right.

If a substance can be separated by physical means and looks the same throughout what is it?
Gnom [1K]
A homogenous mixture is a mixture that is uniform throughout and can be separated by physical means. An example of which is the blood where its composition is uniformly mixed throughout but it can be separated by centrifugation, a physical means using the speed of rotation. Here, the denser particles are forced to settle in the bottom and the lighter particles stay at the top when rotated quickly.

A long, hollow wire with inner radius a and outer radius b carries a uniform current density J. What is the magnetic field as a
sveta [45]

Answer:

The magnetic field in the region a < r < b is B=\frac{u_{0}I(r^{2}-a^{2})   }{2\pi r(b^{2}-a^{2})  }

Explanation:

If we have the a < r < b. The formula of current is:

J=\frac{I_{total} }{A}

Where:

A = area enclosed by the loop.

Itotal = total current in loop.

J=\frac{I}{\pi b^{2}-\pi  a^{2} }

I_{enclosed} =JA_{enclosed}

I_{enclosed} =\frac{I(\pi r^{2}- \pi a^{2})}{\pi b^{2}-\pi a^{2}  }

If we have the Ampere`s law:

\int\limits^a_b {B} \, ds  =u_{0} I_{enclosed} \\2B\pi r=u_{0} (\frac{I(\pi r^{2}-\pi  ^{2} }{\pi ^{2}-\pi  a^{2} } )\\B=\frac{u_{0}I(r^{2}-a^{2})   }{2\pi r(b^{2}-a^{2})  }
