Because on number two there is a right angle and a part of it is 66 you subtract 66 from 90 and then divide that by 31 and subtract 7. Hope that helped a little

2.) If the degree you are looking for is the angel, the answer would be 24.
     31x-7+66=90
     31x+59=90
           -59  -59
     31x=31 (divide that by each other)
     and get 1.  Plug in 1 to x and you get 24. 66+24 = 90

3.) 65x-12=43x+10 (Set them equal to each other since they will be the same measurement because of vertical angels)
    65x-12=43x+10
   -43x      -43x
    22x-12=10
         +12  +12
    22x=22 (divide and you get 1)
    Plug those in and you get 35 degrees for your answer to number 3 :)

Niki makes the same payment every two months to pay off his $61,600 loan. The loan has an interest rate of 9.84%, compounded eve
Alenkasestr [34]
The question is an annuity question with the present value of the annuity given.
The present value of an annuity is given by PV = P(1 - (1 + r/t)^-nt) / (r/t) where PV = $61,600; r = interest rate = 9.84% = 0.0984; t = number of payments in a year = 6; n = number of years = 11 years and P is the periodic payment.
61600 = P(1 - (1 + 0.0984/6)^-(11 x 6)) / (0.0984 / 6)
61600 = P(1 - (1 + 0.0164)^-66) / 0.0164
61600 x 0.0164 = P(1 - (1.0164)^-66)
1010.24 = P(1 - 0.341769) = 0.658231P
P = 1010.24 / 0.658231 = 1534.78
Thus, Niki pays $1,534.78 every two months for eleven years.
The total payment made by Niki = 11 x 6 x 1,534.78 = $101,295.48
Therefore, interest paid by Niki = $101,295.48 - $61,600 = $39,695.48

To the nearest millimeter, a cell phone is 82 mm long and 36 mm wide. What is the ratio of the width to the length?
iVinArrow [24]

The ratio of the width to the length of a cell phone is 18 : 41.

Step-by-step explanation:

Given,

The length of a cell phone(l) = 82 mm and

The width of a cell phone(b) = 36 mm

Find, the ratio of the width to the length of a cell phone = ?

∴ The ratio of the width to the length of a cell phone

= 36 mm : 82 mm

= 36 : 82

Divided by 2, we get

= \dfrac{36}{2} : \dfrac{82}{2}

= 18 : 41

Thus, the ratio of the width to the length of a cell phone is 18 : 41.
