The increased use of wind turbines and solar collectors to generate electric power will produce sustainable energy that will lessen the effects of climate change. By definition sustainable energy is energy that serves the needs of the present but has little or no effects for the future generations.

Producing more wind turbines and solar collectors will give humanity a better society to live in because these things only use what is already abundant and available in nature. Wind and the power of the sun can be harnessed to generate great amount of electric power. These alternatives produce less emissions in the atmosphere which in turn would have a long-term effect to solving the crisis of climate change.
