When the person complaints about the blurred vision and difficulty in speaking and difficulty in breathing we must be suffering from breathing disorder.

He must be given assistance for the proper breathing with proper amount of oxygen so that he could recover from this disorder. If he does not get assistance at time this disorder could be life threatening for him.
