You need to exercise to keep your body in shape and eat healthy to keep your heart and your bones healthy. Stress is always going to happen but what i do is exercise to keep things off my mind or listen to music. Moods will always change sad, happy, angry ect, but Keep your mind positive and your body healthy.

There are 4 different types of ringworm and without knowing exactly which type you are looking for may matter.
In general Ringworm (tinea) have these common reservoirs.
humans, animals and soil
Based on different types:
capitis-humans and animals
coporis-humans, animals and soil
pedis-humans
unguium-humans and rarely animals or soil
Drink a whole lot of water, it cools down the body because at a time your body develops warmth with the remaining blood flow you have in your body. The water will make you feel cool and ease down the pain. Also do consider taking medication like advil or an aleve just for the pain. If your cramps get really bad (well this is what i'd do) I'd get a hot washcloth(rag) and lay down and put it over my stomach. Most of the time I'll make tea and put honey in it, but that's if your not screaming in pain while doing it. Exercise that also helps, it's going to hurt but as soon as you exercise you'll start feeling better. And taking a nap will probably even make things better but don't nap too long!<span />
