A cell plate is a structure formed during the cell division in a plant cell which helps in the division of the plant cell.
The cell plate id formed when the Golgi apparatus vesicles are assembled in the along the cytoskeleton spindle fibres in the middle of the cell. The Golgi apparatus helps the cell division by forming cell plate as these vesicles contain phospholipids needed to make cell membrane and sugar to make the cell wall.
Thus, the option-cell plate is the correct answer.
Meselson & Stahl reasoned that these experiments showed that DNA replication was semi-conservative: the DNA strands separate and each makes a copy of itself, so that each daughter molecule comprises one "old" and one "new" strand.
In the first generation, there would be two bands, one of light density and one of heavy density. In the second generation there would still be two bands, one of light density and one of heavy density.
In the stratosphere, ozone is created primarily by ultraviolet radiation. When high-energy ultraviolet rays strike ordinary oxygen molecules (O2), they split the molecule into two single oxygen atoms, known as atomic oxygen.
