Most of the penile cancer starts in the skin of the penis. Ulcer, mass, or lumps on the penis are the symptoms of penile cancer. There can be several causes of penile cancer like HPV, HIV, tobacco misuse, poor hygiene, etc.

There are mainly five stages of penile cancer which starts from 0 and the last stage is the 4th stage. In 0 stage cancer occurs on the skin top layer of the penis. In the 1st stage, the connective tissue just below the penis gets affected and in 2nd stage, the cancer spread to the lower chamber of the shaft of the penis. In this stage, the blood vessels, lymph vessels, and even urethra gets affected by cancer.
