The third wave of the Women’s Movement seems to be well under way. It has been a long time coming. The last few decades have seen a number of changes in many different aspects – political, economic, social, etc— and the movement adapts to it, for better or for worse. The recent exposition of men’s harassments has widely resonated with people everywhere and new platforms for discourse have opened up, thanks in part to technology. These developments would not have been possible prior, even if the movement is more internally divisive now than ever.

Why do you think that the conception of people who have the innate ability to do evil is found in so many different cultures?
grandymaker [24]

Answer:

Because every society needs to vary to explain uncommon phenomenon and deviance. Saying evil in people is innate makes the deviance into something that is not the product of the flaws in society, but the natural course of things.

Explanation:

All people and cultures need to understand the phenomenons around them, especially when they are uncommon and don’t fit the norm. The notion of evil, deviance, and wrongdoing is something negative in every culture, even though what belongs to that category differs. However, all societies want to explain where deviance comes from.

One of the easiest explanations that can be offered is that evil is innate and the product of nature. When evil is understood as a product of nature, it can carry the idea that something is wrong with society, and that something malignant exists in the organization and institution that can produce evil.

It is much more secure for the existing system to see evil as the natural and inborn product that universally exists.

A conventional crowd is a collection of people who gather for a specific purpose.

An expressive crowd is a collection of people who gather primarily to be excited and to express one or more emotions.

As its name implies, an acting crowd goes one important step beyond an expressive crowd by behaving in violent or other destructive behavior such as looting.

a fifth type of crowd is the protest crowd. A protest crowd is a collection of people who gather to protest a political, social, cultural, or economic issue.
