The statement is considered to have been supposed in The French Revolution in the 18th Century and states that from then tyranny will no longer be prevalent and the books published will instill fear amongst tyrant that are dominant across the world. It was believed that the virtual writers across the world will create awareness amongst the populace with the power of their pen and then the populace will act collectively against the despotic command.  

The most incredible invention of that era was print media that helped a lot to share these views amongst the mass. Advent of print media helped a lot in spreading the Enlightenment ideologies that were questioning authority the hoary belief and customs authorized by the Church.  Print media created a felt condition for French Revolution as it unified mass for a particular societal reason. It encouraged the inhabitant to mock monarchy and question their legitimacy.

Reasons against compromise
