So..... 14 + 3= 17. I think. I mean, this is what I got from what I understand.
Use decimals 1/3= 0.33 1/2=0.5 . 2/2= whole hour=1 multiply 1/3 times 2 and he would mow 0.66=2/6 of his yard in an hour.
This equation is <u>NOT</u><u /> linear. You can tell by the exponent in the equation 'x^2'
A linear equation will not have an exponent.
