Point-Slope formula: y - y₁ = m(x - x₁)  ; where (x₁, y₁) is the point and "m" is slope

y - y₁ = m(x - x₁)

y - (-4) = $\frac{-9}{7}$(x - 2)

y + 4 = $\frac{-9}{7}$x + $\frac{18}{7}$

 - 4           - $\frac{28}{7}$

   y = $\frac{-9}{7}$x - $\frac{10}{7}$
