The phrase "risk factors" are used to describe how certain behaviors increase your risk of getting different diseases. People can reduce their odds of developing cardiovascular diseases, high blood pressure and diabetes through managing their diet, increasing activity and avoiding heavy use of alcohol.

Risk factors are things that increase the possibility of developing a disease; You can reduce your risk of getting diabetes by keeping your body in shape from exercising and eating a healthy diet. You can reduce your risk of getting diabetes by exercising regularly and eating a healthy diet. You can reduce your risk for heart disease by eating well-balanced diet and keeping your body in shape through physical exercise. You can reduce your chance of getting breast cancer by controlling your weight through exercise, limiting alcohol and smoking, and doing clinical and self-breast exams regularly.
