<span>A form of therapy designed to identify and change irrational, unproductive ways of thinking and hence reduce negative emotions and their behavioral consequences is called BEHAVIORAL THERAPY

Every behavioral therapy is based on the belief that we could change the siutation around us if we could just alter our own-mindset.
For example, a patient may think in his perception that he everyone in his workplace are evil because they're treating him badly.
But he may not realize that people treated him negatively because of his own negative behavior (maybe because he is arrogant or too aggressive).
By learning to change his behavior, that man have a potential to also change other people's attitude toward him, which will also transform his workplace condition
