Challenges that a person faces with online learning are many:

 • The environment at home isn’t conducive for studying as there are many distractions.
 • At times there are Wifi problem or connection errors.
 • At times, your gadgets aren’t in a good working condition.
 • You tend to become anti-social as you don’t interact with your peer group much.
 • You lack self-motivation, discipline and self-esteem.

Explanation:

When we opt for online learning, we definitely are able to study from the comfort of our homes but we also have many distractions. The ringing of doorbells, phone calls and people visiting your place disturb you and you are not able to concentrate in your studies. Wi-Fi problems also hinder our studies as sometimes, the signal is weak because of which you lose contact with your online mentors or lectures.

When you go out and study in physical classroom, you learn the values of sharing, cooperation and teamwork which makes you ready for life as you learn to deal with people from different backgrounds and different mindsets. We can work with other student by sharing our gadgets, discussing problems and finding solutions by seeking each other’s help or with the help of the mentor.

Explain how prejudice and stereotypes can lead to conflict and make it hard to get to know someone
Anarel [89]

-Prejudice is like judging someone for what race they are, what religion they believe in, etc.

-Stereotypes are common ideas known about a general group, and are often used to describe individuals from the group although they are not like what the stereotypical ___ would be like.

-This makes it hard for people to get to know someone because when people first meet one another, the first thing is to look at the person. By just what the person sees, they could start having biased thoughts about the person. Because stereotypical ideas as spread out and known by everyone, you could begin to place the people you meet into separate categories with your definition of what they are, when really, they aren't really what people hear about.

Short-

-This can make it hard to get to know someone because your biased ideas about a person you have never met can block you from actually getting to know them.

-This can also lead to conflict because there are things like bullying, where a group teams up against another for simply being "different".
