Okay so I’ve had my period for about 2/1/2 years now and well I still haven’t told any of my parents why? I don’t know. Anyways

I’m going to the doctor today and doctors typically ask you “have you started your period” and well my question is If I were to lie, could they tell that I was lying?

No, they wouldn’t find out. You should probably tell your parents, just so they can get you all the necessities for your period.

If it is just a normal check up then they would not have any way of knowing if you started your period or not.
