Play for adults..Relieves stress, improve brain function, stimulate the mind and boost creativity, improve relationships and connections to others, and it keeps you young and energetic.

For caregivers, it helps children connect with them.  It helps secure emotional bonds (decrease toxic stress like being away from their parents--i.e. daycare), kids can connect to build better social skills and achieve more at school, and caregivers can be sensitive-responsive-and emotional upbeat for the children they are caring for (secure attachment).
