The right option is B. Grana

Grana are stacks of structures known as thylakoids. Thylakoids are sac like membrane-bound structures which are embedded within the chloroplast stroma of plants and green algae. The thylakoids is the site of the light reactions of photosynthesis and it functions by trapping the energy from sunlight during photosynthesis. The high surface area of the thylakoids maximizes the amount of photosynthesis that can take place.

For each of the formulas, classify the formula as either an empirical formula, a molecular formula, or both. NaHCO3 empirical mo
shutvik [7]

Answer:

Both

Explanation:

Baking soda is the common name of  sodium bicarbonate or sodium hydrogen carbonate. Both the empirical and molecular formula of sodium bicaronate is NaHCO3 .

Baking soda is soluble in water and has a molar mass of almost Molar mass: 84.007 g/mol.

If we look at molecular formula of NaHCO3, it has molar ratio of 1:1:1:3 and we can say that every thing in this molar ratio make whole mass as : 23g +1 g +12 g+48 g= 84 grams.

Since we know that empirical formula demonstrates the simplest ratio of elements present in a compound and molecular formula demonstrates the total molar ratio of each element in a compound, hence we see that its empirical and molecular formulas both are already simple because they have simplest ratio which cannot be simplified further.

Hope it help!

An organism is able to produce sweat so that it cools off which helps it to cool down when exposed to high temperatures.

It's vessels are able to vasodilate and vasoconstrict to regulate temperature.

An organism stores fat as an insulator.

Eye pupils dilate and constrict to control the amount of light entering the eye.

If an organism touches a hot surface, nerve impulses are sent to the body to move and not get injured.

In a nutshell: an organism maintain a constant internal environment with homeostasis. And is able to respond to changes in the atmosphere by electrical impulses (nervous system) or the endocrine system by the release of chemicals (called hormones)
