There is a way that you can implement to prevent employees to use Internet to exchange personal e-mail during work hours: Use of monitoring tool for IT admins and people and let employees sign the consent. Most common misinterpretation when employers use monitoring tools to see if their employees are violating their policies is privacy issues. This is wrong. Monitoring tools are needed for safety of both parties (company and employees). For employees, they could use these as an evidence that they are really following the rules and not violating anything. As for employers, this is their safeguard against violators.

alisha [4.7K]

Answer:

The correct answer is letter "B": Positive reinforcement and punishment.

Explanation:

In the Operant Conditioning Method proposed by B.F. Skinner (1904-1990), positive reinforcement refers to the set of actions individuals do to increase the behavior of other individuals. On the other hand, positive punishment aims to decrease behaviors in individuals by prompting undesirable stimuli.

Thus, Jim is implementing positive reinforcement through incentives for workers meeting certain corporate goals and positive punishment by withholding those incentives from employees who get late, take long breaks or act unprofessionally.

zubka84 [21]

Answer: The values are missing below are the values

a. $105

b. $95

answer :

a) $5

b) -$5 ( loss )

Explanation:

From the perspective of the long position for each of the two options upon expiration

a) For $105

for the long position ( long call ) since the expired price > than the exercise price

i.e. $105 > $100 the profit = $105 - $100 = $5
