So a social group is a group of people that share similar characteristics. And they are important because it gets you to interact with peers. The last question is one you have to answer on your own so I play baseball and I am a Highschooler so therefore two Social Groups for me would be Baseball, and Highschool

I hope this helps :)

A social group is a set of people with similarities and possess some common identity; the social group is important to help improve the social interaction between people. I am a part of a church community and college community.

EXPLANATION

The term social group refers to the interaction between a set of people. It can be two or more people with a similarity between each other. The similarity can vary, from hobby, religion, characters, purpose, values, or anything else. Members in a social group usually feel a sense of unity between each other. To make it simple, a social group is basically a set of people with similarity and interdependency.

A social group is not determined by size. A social group can be as small as two people, but can also consist of a lot of people. A group of prayer that only consists of two people is still categorized as a social group. A group of K-pop fans that consists of a lot of people, is also still categorized as a social group. As long as the people in the group have some similarities between each other, it can still be called as a social group.

The social group needs to have similarities and the same purpose. A line of people that is waiting to buy clothes, or a set of people waiting at a bus stop, are not considered as social groups. Social groups need to be more than just a number of people that accidentally in the same place together. A social group needs to have a similarity between the members. The similarities can be about purpose, race, religion, hobby, social status, skills, jobs, and many more.

How did Hammurabi’s Code establish the rule of law?
juin [17]

The Hammurabi code of laws, a collection of 282 rules, established standards for commercial interactions and set fines and punishments to meet the requirements of justice.  Hammurabi's Code was carved onto a massive, finger-shaped black stone stele (pillar) that was looted by invaders and finally rediscovered in 1901.

Why might it be appropriate to equate civilization with state control?
loris [4]

Because civilization requires rules, basically. Rules are made by an entity higher than ourself, so first there were cities, and then those cities unite together in a state. The state is the entity who has the authority to set rules in order to mantain  order and peace in the territories under its authority. So, civilization equate state control because without state control we don't have a civilization.

3- destroying valued possessions or attacking pets

Explanation:

Emotional abuse is any kind of abuse in which the abuser tries to gain control over another person's feelings or emotions. This kind of abuse is not physical but emotional and can involve shaming, ignoring, belittling, criticizing, intimidating and so on. The abuser sometimes threatens to hurt the victim or themselves, isolate the victims from other friends, ridicule or intimidate the victim or sometimes go as far as destroying things owned by the victim.

Over time, constant emotional abuse can result to feeling of worthlessness, low self esteem and destruction of self confidence.

Therefore, from the options above destroying valued possessions or attacking pets best describes an example of emotional abuse.
