Start with the big three: have you had enough sleep? take a quick nap. Have you eaten yet? have a snack. Have you had enough water? Have a glass. It could also just be the time of year, season transitions get to me sometimes.

If you really have no clue of the cause you may want to do all of the above and pop an aspirin or ibuprofen. I hope you feel better.
