Training and educating students about the dangerous risks and potential harm caused by hazing. Traditions of hazing need to be phased out of education and only way to do that is through reeducating the students and changing mindsets.

In addition if you witness any hazing or are aware of it be encouraged to call 911 and report it. Hazing is illegal. Students should be encourage to report them.

Why do you think the ideal communication style is assertive communication?
Firlakuza [10]
Assertive communication is ideal because it is the practice of standing up for your views and expressing yourself effectively, while also respecting the other person's views. It's standing for what you believe in and being confident in it even if someone goes against it. Assertive communication can boost self-esteem also because it helps the person be confident in what they think and in that confidence, be able to express themselves better. Being assertive can also get you respect from others because they see that you are confident when you are talking to them and that you also respect what they think instead of thinking that you are self-righteous
