Talk to a therapist, write your feelings in a journal, get a good amount of sleep, exercise, eat healthy, don’t isolate yourself- socialize, meditation, create and stay in a routine, clean and organize the space around you, relax by doing things you enjoy (warm bath, watch your favourite tv show, etc)
If I had to pick one I would say that it would be because it can extend a joint beyond its regular range of motion.
