An acrochordon or cutaneous papilloma is benign growth which small and soft and usually pedunculated neoplasm and common in obese persons. It is similar in skin color or sometimes hyperpigmented.
These are small nodules like structure present on normal and healthy skin. These are also called skin Tag.
