PQ is bisected by RS at R. It means that PRQ is a line segment with PR = RQ and each of half of PQ.

RQ = PQ/2  =  1/2 [ 4 3/4 ] = 1/2 * 19/4 = <em>19/8 </em> =  2 3/4

|PQ|=2\cdot| RQ|\ \ \ \Rightarrow\ \ \ 4 \frac{3}{4} =2\cdot |RQ|\ /:2\ \ \ \Rightarrow\ \ \  \frac{19}{4}\cdot \frac{1}{2}  = |RQ|\\\\|RQ|=\frac{19}{8}=2 \frac{3}{8}
