Old growth forests are often more ecologically valuable because they provide Habitat.

Explanation:

Old growth Trees are the trees that never faced any disturbance or shifting from one place to another. They grow where they were sown without any hurdle. Whereas the second growth forests consists of trees which faced disturbance of either shifting or cutting, etc.

Ecologically, old growth trees are more valuable because they provide habitat. Habitat is the atmosphere or natural environment where organisms or species live. Species make such places their habitat where they can find food, shelter, protection and mates to continue their reproduction process.

The habitats are found in the old growth trees in a range of tree sizes, large logs and trees with hollows. Its easy for organisms to live longer in the trees which encounter no disturbance and the natural environment continue to work.

One of the barriers to good and effective communication is when speakers and listeners do not share a common understanding of the major issues. Other barriers to effective communication includes the speaker talking too much, the speaker not being credible, the speaker is not focused on the particular topic and many more.

What kind of natural resources did aztecs used and why?
Studentka2010 [4]
Well, the Aztec economy was heavily reliant on agriculture and trade. The land controlled by the Aztecs was fertile, allowing farmers to grow corn, squash, beans, avocados, hemp, tobacco and peppers. The Aztecs then used this surplus of food to establish marketplaces to trade for a variety of goods and services, including jewelry, raw materials, medicine and wood. Precious metals, such as gold, were also prevalent in the Aztec Empire.
