Answer:

Explanation:

The answer for your question is the option "C" dramatic advancement in medical treatments. Because of the inventions of new medical treatements the people are getting a good treatment for their medical issues. In the past people faced many diseases and viruses which lead to destruction and loss of many human lives because of no cure.

Let me give you a gist, in the mid 1300's Plague attacked which was cured by the discovery of Plague Vaccine which targeted the bacteria called 'Yersinia pestis' which was invented by Alexandre Yersin.

In 1775, Small Pox occured which was also called as Measles took many lives until the discovery of a vaccine for it named ACAM2000, and it was dicovered by Edward Jenner in 1796. Which saved many lives.

In 1852, Cholera occured which killed many people until Jaime Ferran discovered a vaccine for cholera 'Vaxchora' ( modern name ).

And now in 2020 we all are facing risk of death due the occurence of a well known virus, guess what " Corona virus" . It is also danger until a vaccine is found. More over there is a vaccine created in a Russian university named Sechenov university which completely clinical trials.

As you can see as the years increase there are new medical problems arriving but in the modern era there are solutions discovered for the cure of them. So as the years passed the medical treatments are also increased to high possibilities for the cure of them.

You may get a doubt, why only this option because due to the development of medical treatment only old people survive for longer periods, and the mortality of imfants also have reduced. Hence proved that if medical treatments are developed then there would be no drastic loss of life.

In what way is Montresor an unreliable narrator? How does the use of an unreliable narrator influence readers’ views of Montreso
kakasveta [241]
Montresor, like most of Poe's protagonists, are mentally disturbed and hence unreliable narrators. We are not really sure what wrong Fortunato has done to him but he has obsessed about his revenge. Montresor has let his staff off for the festival so that he can have Fortunato alone. Montresor has left masonry or stonework equipment in the catacombs. He knows just how to tempt Fortunato into following him. Montresor gives some vague detail on how Fortunato has to pay (for his insults) and since he hasn't tried to make things right, he (Montresor) will have to now take matters into his own hands and punish Fortunato himself. Motressor clearly has manic tendencies and delusions of grandeur.
