How would you classically condition an adventuresome 3-year-old to be more fearful of crossing a busy street near her house?
Anettt [7]

According to the book, classical conditioning is a sort of learning in which a person learns to link two or more inputs and predict occurrences. To teach a youngster not to run into the street, it must be exposed to stimuli that are associated with not doing so.

Classical conditioning is a behavioral process in which biologically potent stimuli are paired with previously neutral stimuli. It also refers to the learning process resulting from this pairing, in which neutral stimuli usually elicit responses similar to those elicited by strong stimuli.

Classical conditioning differs from operant conditioning. In operant conditioning, the strength of voluntary behavior is modified through reinforcement or punishment. However, classical conditioning can influence operant conditioning in different ways. In particular, classically conditioned stimuli help reinforce operant responses.

Classical conditioning was first studied in detail by Ivan Pavlov. Pavlov conducted experiments on dogs and published the results in 1897. During a gastrointestinal study of Russian physiologists, Pavlov observed that the dogs he used as test subjects drooled when offered meat.

sdas [7]

Answer:

The correct answer is the quilt and the jar of fruit.

Explanation:

"Trifles", is a play that was written by Susan Glaspell and it was acted for the first time in 1916. In essence, "Trifles" talks about the enormous differences between men and women, and particularly, the way that each sex sees the other and acts. It narrates the occurrences at the Wright household, where Mr. Wright has been found murdered and his wife is suspected of it. As the county attorney, the sheriff, Mr. Hale, and the wives of Hale and the sheriff, inspect the site, the male band and the female band separate and the first one finds no conclusive evidence on the case, while the women find all they need to know that their colleague, Mrs. Wright, was indeed the murderer. What they also find, are the symbols of what Mrs. Wright´s life turned out to be as a housewife, compared to when she was single, and the two most promiment symbols that show the incarceration of women and the pressure put on them by society as housewives are the quilt and jar of fruit, which represent the expectations that society had of women as housekeepers and homebuilders.

  • There is human heart with right ventricle and right auricle for receiving of the de-oxygenated blood from all over the body and pumping it towards the lungs for removing the carbon dioxide,CO₂ from it. While, the left side of the heart consists of the oxygenated form of blood received by the blood via the left auricle.
  • As, there are different pathways through which the circulation of blood medium takes place, as there are arteries, veins and capillaries for the movement of the required material to and fro from the different points or cells inside the human body in a more specific mechanism.
  • The veins are there to ensure the blood is transported from the different origins or points inside the body back towards the human heart. As there are certain specification of veins that makes it able to have the maximum amount of de-oxygenated blood inside it ( As it has the values or the structures which inhibits the back flow of de-oxygenated blood to the tissue from which it was collected).
