DNA gets transcribed to mRNA through a process called transcription. Then the mRNA will leave the nucleus to go to the ribosome. At the ribosomes, tRNA will come with an amino acid and find its perfect match in order to drop the amino acid off. A lot of amino acids will form a polypeptide chain which will make a protein. That process is called translation.
