remember
(ab)/(cd)=a/c times b/d

also \frac{x^{m}}{x^{n}}= x^{m-n}

split it up with like terms

\frac{a^{12}}{a^{2}} times \frac{b^{8}}{b^{4}}

do subtraction
for a's
12-2=10

b's
8-4=4

answe is a^{10}b^{4}

The line y=-x-3 begins in Q II and ends in Q IV.  Since you have the "equal to or greater than" operator, the shaded area is ABOVE this line, and the line itself is dark (shaded) because of the "equal to."

The population of a city is expected to increase by 7.5 percent next year .if p repressents he current population which expressi
Inga [223]
There are at least a few ways to express it, one of them being:

<u>p' = p + 0.075p</u>

p' is for population in the upcoming year.

0.075 is as much as 7.5%, so we just add current population and the value of expected increase.
