Answer: Keep change change are used in division, like if I had 10 divided by -5 I would keep the 10 change division to multiplication and change the 5 to a positive : 10 X 5

KCF, when doing a division fraction problem, you keep the first fraction, change the division into multiplication, and flip the other fraction. For example:
1/4 / 4/7
turns into
1/4 x 7/4
it makes it easier to solve
